Diagnose. Decide. Deliver. Embed. Then stay
One firm from the first walk of the plant to the day the old way is retired.
-
Phase 1: Diagnose
Our consultants spend the discovery on site: on the line, in stores, at the dispatch gate, with planning, purchase and finance. We map how each process actually runs, where it breaks and what the break costs.
You receive a written diagnostic, plant by plant, that is yours whether or not we go further.
-
Phase 2: Decide
We rank the problems by what each is costing and how fast it can be fixed, and we agree the measure of success before any build starts.
You receive a prioritised roadmap with the business case for each step and the number it is judged on.
-
Phase 3: Deliver
Our engineers design and build the fix, with the consultant who ran the diagnostic still on the account. Process redesign, the systems the process needs, the integration between them, and the data that proves it is working.
You see working output in weeks, not at the end.
-
Phase 4: Embed
Go-live on the floor, the people trained on their work, procedures tied to the system, the old routine formally retired.
You own the process, the system and the data.
Advise
After go-live we stay on as your standing technology adviser: a review each quarter of what the numbers say and which problem is worth solving next.
The relationship is built to last years, one measured result at a time.
A review each quarter, every year after go-live.
We do not run three‑year programmes that change nothing until year three. We fix one thing, prove it moved, and move to the next.
We agree the number before we start
Then we are judged on it. The starting value is written into the diagnostic.

How a consultancy differs from a vendor
-
The business comes first
We diagnose before we design
-
Accountable for the result
A measure agreed before the work starts
-
We advise, and we build
The people who find the problem fix it
Where we work and how it starts
Where do you work?
With manufacturers at the plant, wherever it is. Discovery is done on site, not from a questionnaire.
What happens in the first conversation?
Thirty minutes with a consultant on one operating problem. No deck, no demo. You leave with a view of where it breaks and what it costs.
